Our Service Department
There is a breakdown service on standby, at our Railtechniek head office in Tiel during normal working hours.
In the event of emergencies outside normal office hours, there is a 24-hour, on-call breakdown service. A service contract covers this breakdown service, as well as carrying out preventive maintenance on a transport system one or more times a year, as and when required.
Extending Operating Life
Good maintenance and effective installation management can considerably extend the useful operating life of an installation. This prevents unexpected stoppages, often caused by insufficient maintenance care.
Your investment is intended to increase efficiency and profitability and therefore we strongly believe in avoiding any heavy repair and replacement costs by making sure that the installations are sufficiently maintained.
Additionally, we provide our services for transport systems not supplied by Railtechniek. In these cases of “adoption”, our assembly service will make a report of the condition of the existing installation. In addition to providing advice on the legally required safety provisions and parts due for replacement, a price can be quoted for the total maintenance costs.
