We recently upgraded the gigantic drop sections on this T5 Power & Free system for our client Dugue in France last week. Dugue specializes in the production of steelwork for diverse industrial applications.
Together with SEW Eurodrive, we were able to install a new drive that synchronizes the 2 drop-sections. It is now possible to measure the weight of the products on the drop-section - an important feature our client wanted to have.
The overhead conveyor has a total track length of 243m and has a drop-section with a 15m long traverse to load the heavy products (up to 3000kgs) that Dugue handles.
